1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rizz Coach. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of Service

Rizz Coach is an AI-powered dating practice app. It provides simulated conversations with AI personas, performance scoring, and coaching feedback. All personas and conversations are fictional and for practice purposes only.

3. Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others.
• You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Rizz Coach offers a free tier with limited sessions and paid subscription plans.
• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• We do not offer refunds except as required by Apple, Google, or applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Misrepresent your identity or age.

6. AI-Generated Content

Conversations and coaching feedback are generated by AI and are for entertainment and self-improvement purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate — use your own judgment.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rizz Coach and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
