Rizz Coach ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: email address and authentication data via AWS Cognito.
• Profile information: name, age, gender identity, dating preferences, personality traits, and experience level that you provide during onboarding.
• Usage data: session scores, progress history, and coaching summaries generated from your practice sessions.
• Conversation transcripts: text and voice transcripts from AI practice sessions. Raw voice audio is not stored on our servers.
• Payment information: subscription status managed by RevenueCat. We do not store payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Rizz Coach service.
• To personalize AI personas and coaching based on your profile.
• To track your progress and generate coaching reports.
• To process subscription payments via RevenueCat.
• To respond to support requests.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest. We use industry-standard practices to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• AWS — cloud infrastructure and authentication.
• Anthropic — AI conversation processing (text is sent to generate responses).
• Deepgram — voice transcription.
• ElevenLabs — AI voice synthesis.
• RevenueCat — subscription management.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the Settings screen in the app or by contacting support@rizzcoaching.com.

6. Children's Privacy

Rizz Coach is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will delete their account.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@rizzcoaching.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
